I have over five years of hands-on experience working with children in educational, recreational, and after-school program settings. I’ve supported infants, toddlers, and school-aged children by assisting with daily routines, homework, and developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning and positive behavior. In my role as a Site Supervisor, I oversaw daily program operations, ensured safety protocols were followed, supervised staff, and created a structured and engaging environment for up to 20 children at a time. I also completed an internship and lab hours in early childhood classrooms, where I worked closely with teachers to support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and nurturing space.
