Doing yoga is another one of my favorites children love being active so why not relax and do some fun, but chilling yoga poses. Yoga relaxes the body and mind while also helping your digestive system and working out your core. I love dancing, being outdoors, playing with animals, board games or card games, also playing the e learning games is fun for the kids as well.
