I love to have playground time or anything outdoors, its good for the soul even in the kids! Coloring, including them in cooking and baking, hide and seek, fort making, and so much more cause their imagination never stops!
The most important part about being a nanny...
What matters the most to me while on nanny duty is developing a strong, lifelong relationship with the children in my care, and the families too! I know they have parents but I think having multiple role models and adults in your life is so beneficial in so many different ways. I just hope to give each child I meet a piece of that. Same goes for the parents; it takes a village to raise world changers. You don't have to have all the weight on your back, let me give you the support you need to take care of yourself and your family.
My experience with special needs children...
I have had training to work with autistic children and was involved in two big autism awareness days at Legoland during my time working there. I have also been around Down syndrome children in church care.

The sweetest little man, Jackson, and I were working on his homework and out of no where gave me a hug and told me he wouldn't want to get his homework done if I wasn't there to help.
