I have very little direct experience working with special needs children, but I'm always open to learning and supporting each child's unique needs with patience, kindness, and understanding. I'm a good listener, quick to follow instructions, and I take direction well from parents or caregivers who know what works best for their child. I'm eager to grow and would approach any situation with care and a willingness to learn.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a little boy I babysat learn how to ride his bike without training wheels. At first, he was nervous and kept giving up, but after a few days of encouragement and practice, he finally got it, and the look on his face was pure joy. It reminded me how special it is to be part of those little milestones in a child's life and how rewarding it can be it help build their confidence.
