I love any type of outdoor or crafty activity. Enrichment is a must for children and I enjoy planning out lessons and adventures that coincide with what they are learning at the time. This comes from the time I spent studying early child development, special education, and elementary education in school. Ultimately, I chose a different route in life with marketing but I use this knowledge constantly. I have spent years in the field of nanny work/ babysitting. I love the creativity and excitement that comes with it! Everyday is a new day for growth! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been babysitting since I was 9 with my younger brother and cousins. I spent many summer working as a nanny amongst different age groups. I went to school for elementary and special education for three years before realizing I would want a different path, but this didn’t change my love of little humans and the excitement they bring to this world which is why I am hopeful to get back into this field with my side work time. I worked in a daycare for a year and it was such a great experience.

My experience with special needs children...

I took two years worth of course work in college for children with special needs. I have experience working in a daycare setting where the focus was special needs children from birth-6 years of age. This gave me first had knowledge of many different scenarios that would need special attention and assistance.
