The most important part about being a nanny...

To me it’s being there for the child as well as the parent. I feel like as a nanny you spend a lot of bonding time with the children & those are moments parents would love to spend with their children so I keep the parents updated while I watch them to ease anxiety as much as I can . I understand it’s a privilege to care for your children/child & trust must be earned along the way but I will do whatever possible to aid the process .
