I pride myself in creating a safe/nurturing evnvironment where children are well taken care of. I think the most important part is patience. Kids can be overwhelming at times, but they need guidance, boundaries, and rules for their growing brains. I think having patience, and showing kindness is a great way to connect and handle difficult situations.
