Hi! My name is Taylor:) I M a 21 year old lash tech in Knoxville tennessee. I moved here this year with my boyfriend who plays on the Knoxville Ice Bears! I have been watching little ones since I was 12 years old, I have helped with my churches child care program 3 days a week ages 0-12 from [phone number hidden]! I graduated highschool a semester early to intern at a local child care facility to work with ages 0-4 year olds! I love kids so much, helping them have a safe, fun, time while also learning, doing crafts/activities, and keeping them safe. Having a baby of my own (my puppy 🤍) who means the absolute world to me one of my #1 priorities is to help the parents I nanny for feel no stress, and have 100% confident their children are safe, and taken care of; allowing you to do what you need to do with ease. The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the children are cared for how They need to be cared for, every child is different!!! And also making sure the parents have peace of mind every day they leave their little babies 🤍

My experience with special needs children...

I worked with special needs children all through highschool, I was apart of a Knex class where we helped them throughout the day, and were a friend 🥰

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment has to be when I was nannying these three precious girls, the parents were potty training one , and I asked her “Anna do you want to try and go potty” she said yes! So we walked to the bathroom I asked if she needed help and she said no, she insisted she can do it all on her own (which she has in the past!) anyways so I say okay! And go back to the other two girls about 20 seconds later Anna walked out with her pants halfway down and drenched I said babe! WhT happened all Anna replied was “I peed on the floor” I said sweetheart why did you pee on the floor, why didn’t you tell miss Taylor you needed help? She just replied “I don’t know” with the biggest smile and giggles. I tried so hard not to laugh while we cleaned her and the bathroom up… gotta love 3 year olds 😂🤍
