Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

My journey in childcare began at 16, when I first took on the responsibility of babysitting a 3-year-old girl and her 6-year-old brother. This experience was followed by caring for another family’s children, a boy and a girl, while I was 17 during COVID. My role expanded as I continued to babysit children aged 6 and 9, engaging them in various activities, providing tutoring, and helping maintain a tidy household. I particularly enjoy outdoor adventures, frequently taking the children to the park—if encouraged by their parents.

The youngest I cared for was a 10-month-old infant. The parents particularly appreciated how I managed to incorporate park visits into our routine. During the child's nap times, I attended to household tasks as requested by the parents. It was during this period that I also became CPR certified, ensuring that I could provide a safe and nurturing environment for all the children under my care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I've had several cherished moments as a nanny, especially memorable experiences with two young boys who loved "wrestling." We would take turns, and somehow, I always ended up losing each match. They loved telling their parents about their victories, which brought so much joy and laughter to all of us.

Another special memory was with an infant who was fascinated by the outdoors. One beautifully sunny day, we went to the park, and he was captivated by the squirrels running around and climbing trees. His shock in discovering these simple wonders of nature was truly heartwarming and a reminder of the joy in life's small moments.
