I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities when it comes to children I have always loved to color and paint or build blocks create puzzles as much as I love to sing and dance and run around until the sun comes down. Building emotional support showing patience, empathy, and understanding as children grow and learn showing a positive guidance encouraging good behavior and development through structure and kindness and communication keeping parents informed and respecting their values and routines
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with many autistic children ages 3-10 and with autism I’ve learned how every autistic child is different, so learning their specific needs, triggers, and strengths is essential being mindful of sensory sensitivities (noise, textures, lights) and adapting the environment there are 3 things that I’ve made myself very aware of and that’s understanding, patience, and consistency. The way they see the world is so beautiful and authentic so I support there being with so much patience and passion
