I’ve taught children leadership skills on how to use there emotions through any and everything in schools for 2 years. As I gained my cpr license I assisted as a daycare teacher for 4 years where I was able to prep meals and snacks in accordance with dietary needs and family preferences Assisted with homework, reading, and learning activities Established engaging routines including playtime, meals, and bedtime and assisted with diapering, toileting, and hygiene routines as needed

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities when it comes to children I have always loved to color and paint or build blocks create puzzles as much as I love to sing and dance and run around until the sun comes down. I am very creative which will come in handy for food and snacks I love to create lessons with everything that I do

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is building a safe, trusting, and nurturing relationship with the child. Building emotional support showing patience, empathy, and understanding as children grow and learn showing a positive guidance encouraging good behavior and development through structure and kindness and communication keeping parents informed and respecting their values and routines

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with many autistic children ages 3-10 and with autism I’ve learned how every autistic child is different, so learning their specific needs, triggers, and strengths is essential being mindful of sensory sensitivities (noise, textures, lights) and adapting the environment there are 3 things that I’ve made myself very aware of and that’s understanding, patience, and consistency. The way they see the world is so beautiful and authentic so I support there being with so much patience and passion

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Child care moment has to have been greeting my students with positive bright energy pouring sunshine into there hearts and seeing there smiles glow for another great day !
