I did day care from my home for over 20 years for ages newborn to 12 years old out side of my chikdren, I have work with children with disabilities for Prince Georges County Schools for a few years from ages 3 to 5

I enjoy takimg the children on walks, taking them to the park, taking them to different shows for example disney on ice ect, I enjoy doing finger painting, teaching them their numbers, ABC's, colors, shapes, and reading to them. I also enjoy doing arts and craft with the children.

My favorite moment with being a nanny is when i helped a child who the was shy by gaining their trust and lettingnhim know that it is ok tonopen up to peopl who are there to help and when the family moved hiw he went out his way to give me the biggest hug ever. And how me and his parents kepp in touch with each other up until he was about 17 or so, and I get to see the smile on the children face after the have learned something that they thought was so hard.
