The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children feel secure, supported, and cared for. Building trust with both the children and their families is essential so that everyone feels comfortable and confident in my care. Another, most important part about being a nanny is ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional support of the children in my care. It’s also important to build trust with families, provide consistent routines, and create a nurturing environment that supports a child’s development and happiness.

My favorite nanny moment is when I see a child feel safe and comforted in my care. One of the most special moments for me is when a baby I care for falls asleep peacefully after being soothed. It reminds me how important nurturing and patience are when caring for children. Another favorite nanny moment is seeing the bond that develops between me and the child I care for. I love when a baby recognizes my voice or calms down when I hold them. Those small moments make the work incredibly rewarding and remind me why I love working with children.
