"Tia is wonderful with our 2 children. She would pick them up from school and watch them until we arrived back home. Tia would take the kids to various activities and is always very good with them. She stays calm in trying situations and is able to deescalate any fights and trying situations. She comes in last minutes and stays late. She helps the kids stay on track with any schoolwork and makes sure they are prepared for the week. Tia is very personable and easy to communicate with. She quickly returns calls/texts. She is part of our family. Anyone would be lucky to have her."
