Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with kids involve anything creative! I love arts, crafting, baking, and pretend play. I love planning activities like picnics, tea parties, dress up, ect. Really anything your child likes to do I’m up for it!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Safety and communication are the number one priority! As well as learning parenting styles that fit the family and making sure to set boundaries. To me it is also important to enrich their minds through fun activities and learning new skills they can carry on into their life!
My experience with special needs children...
I have an older brother on the Autism spectrum with Asperger‘s that I’ve been around my whole life and it eventually lead into a part time caregiving job as an adult.
I have experience with handling struggles with food selectivity/sensitivity, Routine changes, outbursts, and Sensory overload.
