I like to allow the kids to watch cartoons for an hour, we’ll go outside in the back yard and get some fresh air, we can run through the yard, play with toys, I also like to give them coloring book activities to do, and we also have story time and in between we have snacks.

The most important thing about being a nanny is being able to be alert and visual at all times, I treat the kids like mine, I‘ll never do any physical harm to the kids, I will guard their life like my own , just being able to pay close attention to the kids because you can take your eyes off a child for a second and something can happen, so you have to keep them in your eyesight at all times
My experience with special needs children...
I have had experience with kids with autism , what made me comfortable was because I have a son who’s two and have autism, I know how important it is to have someone watch our babies with autism , this world can be so cruel and mean and we want our kids safe , I’m very patient with them and have lot’s of love for kids with special needs.

My most sweet memorable moments is the kids that becomes attached and wants to come visit me now even though I don’t work with them anymore , they family look at me like family, they are my family, I also love how smart all the kids are, you never know what they might say.
