The important thing about being a nanny is to help the kids adjust to being with you and to let them know that it's going to be alright until there parents get off work. Also it is important to have engaging activities for them to learn instead of the watching tv and on there tablet all day.

I have not worked with special needs kids yet but know that most off them are sweet. One day I would like to learn about how to work with them.
