The most important part about being a nanny...
Too many to pick just one, however, my favorite moments are always the "ah-ha" moment when a child has been working on developing new skills or mastering a recently acquired skills such as potty unprompted for the first time or tying their shoes unassisted. Seeing the light in their eyes and sending their pride in themselves is always priceless!
