Part-Time Nanny Available in Daphne, AL: Mary D.
I am finishing my freshman year at Alabama and will return home May 2nd. My major is Elementary Education because I would like to have an opportunity to pour into future students just as many educators have done for me. Some of my favorite things to do include reading, being with my family on Mobile Bay, and running outdoors. I have worked with a family for three years as a babysitter and two summers as a nanny. Throughout my high school career I babysat weekly for different families within my community, ran competitively, and was an active member of my churches youth group. Now in college I am a member of the Chi Omega sorority, Bama Catholic, and reading allies here on campus. I believe I am a strong worker who has acquired many different skills with a fixed and capable heart.

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Daphne, AL: Michelle P.
I am a retired RN of 42yrs, 25 yrs were in Obstetrics. Labor and delivery, postpartum floor, antepart and high risk testing, newborn nursery. I scrubbed and circulated for C-sections and tubal ligations. I taught and precepted new RNs to our unit. I e worked in large teaching hospital that delivered over 5000 babies per year.
I was a commissioned officer in the USAF during The Vietnam war.
I’ve raised three children of my own, oldest has her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, next daughter is grad of AL, and she now works there full time. And a son who is an artist
I have worked closely with OB/GYN Docs and Pefiatricians.
My last 15yes of nursing was in Hospice Nursing.. I do believe that caring for premise has its unique set of challenges and I would enjoy helping your daughter settle in with her “instant family”.
I taught prepared childbirth classes out of my home for 11yrs and had great evaluations from my couples.
I love teaching and when I saw your advert I was a bit concerned due to the fact that many Nannies have little training in high risk preemie babies, especially multiples. They need to know a lot more than just CPR. So even if you feel you can’t afford a nurse with medical training and experience, you should expect a high level of tracing and references from former families.
I wish you and your daughter and family joy and congratulations on the birth of their babies!
God Bless,
Michelle Parsons
