To me, the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Every child is different, so I try to be patient, dependable, and pay attention to what each child needs. I also think it’s really important to have good communication with parents because we’re a team. At the end of the day, I want parents to know their children are in good hands and being cared for like they’re my own.
