I have been babysitting since I was 13, my first job was working in a childcare within a gym, after that I went to manage a small gym and over see the childcare staff and activities. I was a part time nanny for a family at that time as well, helping get the boys to and from school, making lunch, and sometimes dinner. I babysit for a family friend every Monday night and orchestrate thier dinner and bedtime.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like coloring, doing hine safe science projects, playing with shaving cream (because it's easy to pick up), I like making crafts they can show off once you get home. I like taking them to parks if its6nice outside as well.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure you are as helpful to the family as possible. Having fun with the children, keeping them active, and keeping a schedule if they have one. Helping them get work done if they need it and helping around the house so it's just 1 thing you don't have to worry about when you get home.
