I think the most important thing about being a nanny is the stability and comfort for the children. while the parents are gone, a nanny needs to be able to support the routine the parents set and encourage love and comfort within the home.

As said above, I worked at a behavioral health center as a registered behavioral technician. In addition, my 12 year old brother is special needs as well and I have spent many years helping my family love and help him.
