My younger brother had a traumatic brain injury when he was 2. He developed seizures at age 6. Mostly I just played with him. We played school a lot and I taught him sounds and letters. I would keep it fun by including games and activities. When I my parents were gone I would administer his medication and keep a close watch for seizure activity.
