Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I've been watching children off and on since I was 16 years old. I use to babysit part time after school. I also use to watch and help my sister with her kids before having my first son. She had 9 kids. The child that I watched as a teenager became my God daughter . She is now a 35 year old mom of 5 girls ranging from 21 to 1 . I've taking care of each one of them while she worked. I now have a 13 year old son along with my 31 year old son. I've always loved kids . I have my certificate in first aid and CPR. I've never taken care of kids in a professional setting / facility only seniors .
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I like playing board games, arts and crafts, educational games and movies. I like going to the park ,out to museums,etc. Just playing or relaxing in the yard on a nice day.
The most important part about being a nanny...
You get to get close and personal with the kids you take care of. You get to help teach them right from wrong and show them important things that will help them become upstanding people in our society. Help them learn educational things that will help them in school and there after. You get to get close with the family all together . There's something about that special bond.
