"If I had the ability to give to give Tremaine or Tj as we call him 100/10 stars, I would. He was honestly the best nanny we could have asked for at that point. He was a ball of energy with my son. He kept him laughing, not just a regular laugh but a belly laugh and hearing that just warmed my heart each time. He truly cared for my son and it showed. Their relationship was exactly what I was looking for in a nanny. He was very punctual and if there were a time where he was running behind (were all human it’s ok!) he made sure to call in advance to tell me. He updated me whenever I asked. He sent pictures and videos throughout the day. He went above and beyond in caring for my son. If it weren’t for that covid shutdown and then my son going to pre school , I’m sure Tj would have been with us longer."

The child and I were outside doing gymnastics. I did a flip but I didn’t land it. I wasn’t hurt or anything but he came up beside me, gave me a pat on the back and said “it’s ok we try again”. In that moment it made me happy to see our bond and the impact I had on him. He took what I told him whenever he didn’t accomplish something just yet and used it on me. I was extremely happy to see that :)
