A little bit about me

Greetings beautiful parents! My name is Katrina. I am a fun loving, energetically active individual. I have been a personal trainer and mom for about 10 years. And sitting professionally and personally for about the same, since undergrad (2007). I have a 3yo boy myself who is very active. I’ve gone through the milestones personally and externally of raising and watching a newborn to preteen to full on teenagers in their glory.
Children are such a blessing and challenge us to become better humans. I know my son has encouraged so much personal growth I’m so grateful for him. I’m a little bit of a neat freak, so light housekeeping/laundry isn’t a problem. As a fitness professional, I meal prep for myself weekly, so flavorful clean eats is a personal skill of mine. Though, should be noted that it’s very time consuming.😅

The most important part of being a nanny is ensuring your children are in a safe and loving environment. As a nanny I would want to be a benefit to a child’s childhood experience. And a bundle of love and support. There are challenges of course, but ensuring your care and support of the children and also reassurance with the parents is always top priority for me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a special needs nephew who has autism and Down’s syndrome. I’ve had experience with him and his special needs friends as a family aid for over 15 years. This is more of a personal experience, but also professional with the family aid that was a paid position.

My sweetest nanny experiences are always birthdays. Birthdays are the best! Everything from going all out for the 1st to creating the most epic experiences for for children and their character obsession at each age is always the best!🥰
