A little bit about me

My name is Trystine and I am a 22 year old pre-med student on my gap year. I am hoping to go into pediatrics and always love spending time with kids. I often say “the conversations you can have with kids are like none you can have with adults” and I mean that in the best way possible, the make believe and imagination kids have just sparks so much joy. I have a lot of experience with babysitting, having done it since I was 12. Additionally, I have spent four summers working at Flying Horse Farms, a summer camp for kids with chronic illnesses. I spent three summers running activities and helping in the cabins, and one summer as a cabin counselor. Additionally, I have experience tutoring younger kids in topics such as math, and worked with fellow college students in the writing center as a tutor, so I would love to help your child with schoolwork. I also love animals and would be happy to work in a household with pets. I can’t wait to get to know you and your kid(s)!
