I would say the most important part of nannying would be having the trust of your boss and their children. You are in someone elses home and responsible for everything that happens while you're on the job. You have to make sure that the people you're working for trust you first.

I have no experience with special needs children, but at my highschool, I have helped out with the special needs students and I love them all so much.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My kid didn't want me to leave. He started crying and had me hold him for about an extra 15 minutes. He was the sweetest little thing.
