The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe is a number of things but my top 3 would be. One safety, in all aspects, is a huge priority for me as much as their parents whether it be watching them build kites or forts to watching them eat. Two- Reliability and punctuality I believe 5 minutes early are 5 minutes too late. 3- Communication is another huge one communication with the partner is just as important as communication with the kids you babysit.
