I am creative, on the spot thinker, patience, and nurturing. I like to plan out activities for the week . Most of my experience is with newborns & newborn Twins to 5 years old. Am not ashamed to dance with B arney, and learn a new routine with the wiggles. When working with Infants , i like to play short developmental activities , during their wakeful hours, reading, or just opening a book with lots vibrant color pages to feed their senses., or a great distraction for tummy time. I also believe that talking to infants is very important and instrumental to their Development of language. When you talk to infants , their storing up all of those words for future use., and through that , infants are learning how the world works. My Top Priority, besides providing excellent childcare,. Communication is key to the success of a nanny / parent relationship, and making everything work, My friends that are nannys as well , our motto is nanny/ and parent relationship is like a marriage it has to be nutured with mutual respect, in order to make it work . I like to log a childs day, so parents feel well informed about what their child is doing during their time away, and all the exciting things that happen throughout the day. On my log sheets i like to create a space for parents to write special notes , And its also a chance for parents to keep the nanny well informed on things like , whether or not your child has had a good night, or teething issues,, or any information that the parents think thats important , before they leave and start their day . I am respectful of a families Philosophy of childrearing, and whats really important to their family , I love children, and love what i do, I have had some amazing experiences throughout my Nanny career.
