A little bit about me

I currently work at KinderCare Daycare Center, but I am looking for a child care job that gives me more flexibility. I have worked at this daycare since September 2020 with ages 6 months to 3 years old. Previously I volunteered at Passavant Hospital Daycare for a summer in Pittsburgh, PA which was motivated by the 4 years I spent babysitting for friends and family.

Working with kids has taught me how to be patient and compassionate despite a child/children being stubborn or acting out. KinderCare has taught me how to manage tantrums and other difficult situations that have arisen. Prior babysitting and volunteering experience with kids ages 6 months to 11 years has given me the ability to get along with every age! I love playing, crafting, finding exciting things to do to keep them interested, and I would be happy to help with any kind of homework or online schooling.
