The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a Nanny is the baby. I would love to say the parents or myself, but in the end, it's they're need, if you can't communicate with the baby or even try, they won't feel heard. One of the most important things is for the kids trust. That comes with they're mental and physical health, I would never wanna see a child being mistreated, or feel as thought, theyre either special or extra special, but in every single way, they are the next generation of beautiful humans.
My experience with special needs children...
I have taken care of a few babies, but I feel as they are just want to be heard more and understood, patient is key. I will always enspir to grow knowledge on what my special babies need. I found that every single little one just needs more patience, understanding, preparation, and certainty!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Oh my, as a Nanny it's hard to choose, I love every single one of my kids like they're mine, if they hurt, I hurt, is they're happy, I'm happy, so on! I would have to say my personal accomplishment when with my kid/kids is the final moment you finally start feeling and seeing the connection, building trust, all I feel is for them is trust in me. That will always be my favorite Nanny and Babysitter Moments.
