Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been a babysitter for the last 4-5 years off and on whenever I was needed. I cared for children ages 2-10. I have also worked with children from ages 4-14 in a before/after school program as well as during the summer. In this role, I was responsible for about 25 children. I lead field trips, handled guest speakers, arranged group games, arts and crafts, outside play, and anything the children needed throughout the day.

My favorite moment has to be when I witnessed one of my children’s first words. It was such a monumental moment and to be able to be present was truly amazing. To see how much they have grown and how they are learning is very rewarding.
