A little bit about me

Hi I’m Vanessa! I have been working with newborns & infants since 2009 when I worked in the postpartum department in a hospital setting. I obtained my postpartum doula certification in 2022 and have been helping families care for their infants along with their siblings which range between toddlers to school aged. In addition I have 2 school aged children myself that I have raised 9 & 12. I have also worked as a substitute teacher and volunteer at my church working in the nursery 0-2 room. I love providing a fun and safe environment and atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I believe the best learning happens through play, creativity, and everyday experiences. Whether we’re doing crafts, exploring outside, reading books, or building imaginative games. My goal is to help children feel loved, confident, and excited to discover the world around them. I strive to be a dependable, patient, and engaging caregiver who supports each child’s unique personality and development.
