While I was onboard we had kids with special need, I worked with them but I have NOT experience as full time and on my own, I always was with someone who has the full experience.

I have plenty moments, as awkward moments like seen coworkers covered in poop or vomit, like a baby pee or poop while I was changing the diaper, as good moments when the kids prefer to be with me than the grown ups, is make me feel very special, when the kids have so much fun that they can not stop laughing or playing the same game over and over even if they are tired. When the babies are so tired but also hungry and they sleep and eat at the same time, Is very sweet.
