Sound cliche, but the family. I know how important alone time can be for parents. Not just alone time but sometimes a little help or pick me up I’d needed. I know some people have hard times and help with the kids. Which is something I truly value , knowing it can help.

May not sound to enjoyable but while babysitting a family’s 4 month old, I experienced my first blow out with that baby. And let’s say I was in more than shock but definitely toughened me up. So not really a favorite but certainly memorable.
As for a true sweet moment, i had someone who’s 6 year old refused certain vegetables almost all of them. His aunt thanked me profusely when I got him to do so. Just using the method my parents did on me. often blending it up and putting into food/ sauces. I felt so accomplished
