When I was in high school, I babysat our neighbor’s 9 year old daughter after school. I would walk her home from the bus stop, prepare her a snack, and help her get started on her homework.
I college, interned with Westmoreland County Parks & Recreation as an Environmental Intern. I taught environmental education activities to kids, aged 5-13 years old, at week long summer camps. I taught lessons, led games and activities, and was responsible for supervising the children.
I have always loved kids and grew up with lots of younger cousins and family that I enjoyed playing yard games and keeping an eye on them when needed. I have a BS in Ecology so I may be able to help out with some homework troubles. I also too up to level 3 of both German and Spanish in college, so I can help with those language subjects as well. I may not have the most babysitting experience but I am someone who loves helping others and is very diligent.
