Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have hands on experience cared for a child from the time she was 2 until she was 4 years old. She had cerebral palsy, which made some parts of caregiving more challenging, but it was also one of the most rewarding times I've ever had. I learned hoe to be attentive, gentle, and patient while keeping our days fun and engaging.

Going to parks, outdoor events, and places they are interested in. Also love to just be inside and make our own activities indoors!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the child feels safe, love, cared for, and most of all seen. It's really about getting to know them and understanding their growing brains. Patience and trust are everything. As long and they are happy and cared for they way they deserve to be it makes everything worth it.
