I have 9 years experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
I have babysat for over 20+ families while working at the daycare.
I have a niece (2 weeks old) and a nephew (19 months) who I adore so much.
I am currently nannying for infant twins on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I come from a huge family, on my mom’s side. I have 38 cousins on my mom’s side, who I have also babysat while I was 13 to about 17.
I am the oldest of 5 siblings.

I was an Assistant Teacher for 7 years and then became a Lead Infant Teacher for 2 years while at the daycare.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing all sorts of hands on, messy crafts while also including some art. While being an Infant Teacher, I did footprints and handprints art everyday. I love reading books to infants and kids and also encouraging and engaging in all sorts of play! I love going on walks with infants and kids while also exploring nature. Playing in water, blowing bubbles, and coloring with chalk are more fun things to do outside!

What matter most to me about being a nanny is creating a close and nurturing bond with the children I am with. It’s all about the laughter and joy in everyday things! And also being there for their milestones and watching them grow!

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I nannied for a little girl back in 2020, while my daycare was closed down, we would go on walks every day and I would talk about all the things we could see. One day she started talking about everything she could see and it warmed my heart. She was only a year and half so when she repeated the things I said, it made me so happy! I’ll never forget it!
