I was a daycare teacher for 3.5 years. I worked in the infant and toddler rooms mostly. I also do part-time nannying on the weekends and have been doing that for the past 2 years. The ages of the children in my care ranged from 6 months- 6 years old.

I love being outdoors with the children in my care, especially in summer! I love taking walks, swimming, water play, and going on little day trips. As for indoors, I love doing activities such as painting, music + dancing, reading and playing.

I would say the most important part is to create an environment where the children can thrive. Where they can grow and feel happy and comfortable. Safety is also key.
