I have been in the Childcare field for 34 years. I have taken college courses majoring in Early Childhood Education. I am a professional people person, and I am a wonderful communicator. For instance, In my extensive quality and rewarding career I have had the opportunity to facilitate my kindness,patience, positiveness to many infants, toddlers, and school age children. A little more about me, is I enjoy reading, doing arts and crafts, learning new things, and many other hobbies. In my spare time I love being active: going to park, museums, amusement parks, or going on road trips.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I am an Educator in the Childcare industry. I have been a private Nanny as well. I know my bio reads I have only had one job, yet I have been employed at many schools throughout Sacramento County. I currently am a Lead Teacher within a Private School.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Activities I enjoy doing with children is painting art, reading to them, going to kitchen and cooking tasty meals with them. I also love going to the parks and bike riding. Children I have cared for also liked going to the movies or skating. Sometimes if the rain was too cold we have played broad games, maybe put puzzles together, also Lego blocks were always fun!

The most important part about being a nanny...

What is important to me about being a Nanny is remembering to model my positive and uplifting nature. To always be aware of the children I care for will be in your care because, their parents saw something: my heart, my dedication, and my understanding of when I was a child that I want to give back all of the great care I received. I totally believe children are our future and I want to have a successful one.

My experience with special needs children...

Yes, I have experience with children with special needs. I carefully take care of all of my children special; we laugh, smile and have a great time. In my opinion, the child is my Teacher: they are teaching me to care for them when their parents are absent. I have also cared for special educational needs disabilities and physically impaired individuals.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Nanny moment is one of my client's is a best friend to my daughter. Her mother and I were pregnant together. Our children call each other "sisters".
