Hi there! My name is Willow Sygo, and I’ve just relocated to Dewitt from my hometown of Gaylord, Michigan. Over the past two years, I worked as a manager of the ski school at a busy Northern Michigan resort. That role allowed me to combine my love for the outdoors with my passion for working with children, as I regularly organized and supervised lessons for kids of all ages. Although I don’t have children of my own, I’ve played a hands-on role in helping raise my nieces, nephews, and younger siblings—including my little brother—so their parents could continue to work full-time. Caring for kids comes naturally to me; I’m patient, nurturing, and I always strive to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to keep kids entertained and active. I also have a strong sense of responsibility, great communication skills, and a deep respect for the trust families place in their childcare provider.
