Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love swimming and playing outside with the kids to tire them out. I love it when they help me cook or bake; I was always a helper in the kitchen when I was younger, so it is very wholesome to me. I like doing arts and crafts; growing up, I loved painting and coloring, so it brings my inner child out to do this with other kids.

What matters to me the most as a nanny is being respected. I will always respect the parents and children, but I expect it back in return. As well as flexibility.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nannying moment was when I had just started working for this family of five and the three girls were so shy and scared at first, but over the months, I won them over. I'll never forget one of the last times I babysat for them, and as they all three were laying on me and I was smashed into the recliner, I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. I love and take huge pride in my work with the kids and get so attached I love being able to be a comfort and safe space for the kids I watch.
