The most important thing about being a nanny is the child development & safety. My top priority as a nanny is to ensure their safety & make sure they are learning ways to communicate especially if they are infants. Every child is different & unique. As a nanny it is important to have patience & understand that kids will have mood swings & act out occasionally. As a nanny and even a child care provider it is essential to remain calm & handle the situation in a matter that will help them learn rather than making them feel bad. As a nanny it is important to be able to communicate with the child as well as helping the parents in the best way I can.
