My experience with special needs children...
My latest experience with the family I worked with has a set of twins, one of which was diagnosed to be on the spectrum as of 2.5 yes old. This experience provided me with the opportunity to learn the exercises to implement in his daily routine to reinforce tools he can use for communication purposes. Between his ABA therapist and his speech therapist I was able to grow comfortable and experienced in working with children with special need and implementing the tools to help him communicate a lot more effectively.
