A little bit about me

I am a mother of three grown kids. I was born in Thailand but have been living in the Bay Area since 1989. I am active and love nature very much. My hobbies include cooking, camping, swimming, fishing, and hiking during my free time. I’m reliable, prompt, and dependable. I am trilingual: fluent in English and Mien with conversational Thai. I have been working with newborns and infants for years. I have also worked with many first time parents, and helped transition with separation anxiety between moms and babies. I enjoy going on walks to explore different local parks. On raining and cold days, I just stay home and engage in playing with toys, games, reading, and singing. I have extensive skills related to children including activity planning, sleep training, schedule creation and maintenance, meal planning and prepping, potty training when age appropriate. I have worked for many local families with newborns, twins, toddlers and children up to 7 years of age.

When kids light up to see me walk in the door, give me random hugs, enjoy my cooking, and just giggles when we play together. Watching them take their first step, hear them speak their first words or sing along with me. Every milestone is enjoyable to me and make me feel very happy and I feel a sense of accomplishment on my part as a nanny.
