The most important being a nanny to me, is caring the kids or any kid like my own. The world is scary, and unfair. Kids are kids. Giving that care, need, and understanding is really important. I view them as my own and go above and beyond with them.(:

My son has mild autism spectrum! The patience is always a big imprtance to me. I make sure I give him foods that with help with sensitivity in the mouth, always have educational DIY projects going on. Always making sure the needs are accomplished.
