For kids ages 1–3, I like to keep activities simple, fun, and educational. Indoors, we can do things like reading books, singing songs, finger painting, coloring, stacking blocks, puzzles, pretend play, and little dance parties to keep them active. These help with learning, creativity, and motor skills.
Outside, we can go to the playground, blow bubbles, play with a ball, use sidewalk chalk, go on nature walks, or have supervised water/sand play. I always make sure activities are safe, age-appropriate, and help with their development while having fun.
