The most important part about being a nanny...
I had a regular client for 16 months, starting from 6 months old. He grasped saying "Mama" and "Dada" quite easily, as well as his other relative's names when asked, "who is this". When I asked, "Cal who's this," and pointed to myself, he would think for a moment and respond "MommyDaddy." His mother and I laughed and she said it was so sweet he recognized I was someone who loved him so much that he considered me, in a way, one of his parents.
