I took care of my stepbrothers 3 year old boy every day after school. I would feed him a snack as well as dinner, play baseball with him outside, watch movies with him, help him with homework and helped him with bathroom assistance when needed.

A nanny is not only someone who takes care of a child physically, but a nanny should also aid to the child’s emotional needs. Children are the future of this world, and they deserve all of the life lessons truthfully, but with emotional guidance or assistance too.

My brother is autistic and has ADHD. I took care of him from the time he was 12-21.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I babysat 3 kids from December 2021-March 2022. I had to tell the kids that I was going somewhere else for work and no longer was going to be their sitter. The 3 year old girl told me she would miss me and that she was scared. I told her that her new sitter was a friend of mine. She gave me a hug and told me she would miss me. I thought it was very sweet.
