The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, trusting environment where children feel protected, understood, and valued. When they feel secure, everything else learning, play, and connection comes naturally.

I have experience working with children with special needs. I have supported children with (autism / ADHD / developmental delays / sensory difficulties / behavioral problems - adjust according to your case). I focus on being very patient, observing their signals, following their routines and using strategies that help them feel safe. I am also used to working with instructions from parents, therapists or counselors, and adapting activities for your comfort. I like to create a quiet, structured and positive environment so that they can enjoy and participate at their own pace.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when a little girl I cared for finally trusted me enough to hold my hand on the way to school. She had been very shy at first, so that small gesture meant a lot to both of us.
